Disney Cruise Line just gave us a first look at Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie being installed on the back of the new Disney Adventure cruise ship. These massive sculptures—over 13 feet tall—were lifted into place at the shipyard in Germany and mark the first time both characters will appear together as stern figures on a Disney ship.
Originally revealed in concept art back in April, Mickey and Minnie are shown painting the ship’s name while sitting on a giant anchor. Now, that artwork is becoming a reality.
The Disney Adventure is set to sail from Singapore starting December 15, 2025, and it’ll feature all-new entertainment, including a Captain Jack Sparrow show, a Duffy & Friends performance, Marvel experiences, and more.
The installation of these characters is one more sign that the Disney Adventure is getting closer to its big debut!
